Fall Ball:
Fall Ball season begins Monday, September 10th and goes through October 23rd. Games/practice will be on Monday & Tuesday nights, 6pm at West Ridge ball park.
Spring Ball:
- Players registering online MUST bring a copy of their birth certificate to their first practice.
Saturday, February 25th – Tryouts at West Ridge Baseball Complex
- Minor & Major Leagues – 9am
- Pee Wee League – 1pm
Who needs to tryout?
- Players who did not play with ODY last spring
- Players who are moving from one league to another
- ALL Major league players
- ALL Pee-Wee league players
Monday, February 27th – first practice
Saturday, March 3rd – Dicks sporting goods day for Opelika Dixie Youth baseball.
Saturday, March 17th – Season Play Date, opening day at West Ridge Baseball Complex
Monday, March 19th – Season begins, West Ridge Baseball Complex
- Regular season games will be played on Monday and Thursday evenings, with the exception of rained-out games
- Games will be played on Tuesday and Thursday the week of March 26
Week of April 16th – Spring break, no games
- There will be no mandatory practice the week of April 16
May 24th – season ends
June 4th – All-star practice begins
